Vero Beach Art Club
Volunteer Hours
Our Vero Beach Art Club is 450+ members strong and most, if not all of our members put in a very generous number of hours in support of our Club. Our members volunteer at our events, host New Member Socials, host Summer Potluck/General Meetings, work tirelessly on committees and help to beautify the greater Vero Beach area.
Some of our events DO require volunteer hours, so if you are interested in volunteering, please feel free to contact any one of our Committee Chairs or contact our Volunteer Coordinators below.
Volunteer Coordinators
Our Volunteer Coordinators keep a record of volunteers and supply our Committee Chairs or others within the Club with that information as needs arise for volunteers. If you would like to volunteer in any capacity from being a Welcome Greeter to doing set up at an event, please contact our Volunteer Coordinator Chairs or simply fill out a Volunteer form from the link below.

VOLUNTEER CARD
A Volunteer Card, used to track meetings you attend, and volunteer hours you work, may be picked up at the office or at our General Meetings. Officers and Event Chairs are happy to sign off on your hours. If you are volunteering in the office the office staff will sign off on your hours. If you are volunteering as a photographer, the Photography Volunteer Coordinator will sign off on your hours. Your hours for Art in the Park Fine Arts & Crafts Show and Under the Oaks Fine Arts & Crafts Show start as soon as the deadline for that event has passed, so you may begin tracking hours for the following year. You will also need to attend 3 General Meetings (which include Summer Potluck Meetings and Luncheons) for each of these events, which are signed off at the end of each meeting. Hours may not be combined and used for both events.
Art in the Park Fine Arts & Crafts Show requires 15 volunteer hours + attendance at 3 General Meetings (including Summer Potlucks and Luncheons)
Under the Oaks Fine Arts & Crafts Show requires 25 volunteer hours + attendance at 3 General Meetings (including Summer Potlucks and Luncheons).
