Check Reimbursement Request

Members submitting a request for reimbursement may fill out a Check Reimbursement Request form, have it approved and signed by the Committee Chair, or Officer and then submit the form to the office. Checks are generally issued once per week and then once the check has been signed, we can either mail it or we can notify you when it is available to pick it up (these options are on the form). Our members have the unique opportunity to join our Artists Gallery for an annual fee. They may upload their bio, photos of their artwork and display contact information. They also have the ability to have a link to their website. Click on the button below for more information.

Our Vero Beach Art Club exists because we have so many members who volunteer to make our events, shows, sales, community outreach activities successful. We would love to have you volunteer for our Club, even if you are not a member. Click on the button below to find out more.

Collecting Sales Tax when selling artwork

When you sell artwork in Vero Beach, you are required to collect and then pay sales tax. Below are helpful links about the amount to charge, how to fill out and file the form and a link to the form. Indian River County has a 1% Surtax rate added to the State sales tax rate of 6% for a total of 7% in Vero Beach (Indian River County). The links below will help you file and pay your sales tax. At Art By the Sea and New Dimensions - we collect payments and pay the sales tax so those 2 events do not apply.


Here is a link to download and print a blank W-9 form. It is used to file your Taxpayer ID with the Club which is required when we collect sales and then send artists a check.
