Membership Applications & Renewals

We prefer you to sign up online. However, if you are not comfortable doing so or the website glitches, we do allow you to print, fill out, then drop off or mail to the office with a check. Thank you and welcome back!


Check Reimbursement Request

Members submitting a request for reimbursement may fill out a Check Reimbursement Request form, have it approved and signed by the Committee Chair, or Officer and then submit the form to the office. Checks are generally issued once per week and then once the check has been signed, we can either mail it or we can notify you when it is available to pick it up (these options are on the form). Events, Exhibits, Shows and Sales Applications

Please make sure you read all requirements (membership in the Vero Beach Art Club, Volunteer Hours, Meeting Attendance) and also the Deadlines. Members Gallery

The VBAC Online Members Gallery offers members a personal webpage to display contact information, a biography and up to 15 photos of your artwork. You upload and maintain your own page. The Gallery is available on the VBAC website and you may link it to other sites.

To participate in the Online Members Gallery, we need your permission to publish your information. Once your page has been set-up, you will receive an ID, Password and instructions on how to update and maintain your page.


Collecting Sales Tax when Selling Artwork

When you sell artwork in Vero Beach, you are required to collect and then pay sales tax. Below are helpful links about the amount to charge, how to fill out and file the form and a link to the form. Indian River County has a 1% Surtax rate added to the State sales tax rate of 6% for a total of 7% in Vero Beach (Indian River County). The links below will help you file and pay your sales tax. At Art By the Sea and New Dimensions - we collect payments and pay the sales tax so those 2 events do not apply.


Here is a link to download and print a blank W-9 form. It is used to file your Taxpayer ID with the Club which is required when we collect sales and then send artists a check.
