Our Summer Potluck Meetings offer our "Community within a Community" program.

COMMUNITY WITHIN A COMMUNITY: We want people to readily be able to recognize the artwork of our members and see the amazing artwork everyone is producing. For each of our four Summer Potluck Meetings, we want the artists to bring a sample of their work. Pick out your favorite work to display. “Show and tell” will not be necessary; you don’t have to give a presentation or anything, but showing what you do will give you the opportunity to “talk shop” with fellow artists of the same interests. Want to host a Summer Potluck Meeting? We would love to have you sign up for next summer.

The meeting time is 4:30 pm-6:00 pm and is open to the public. You may need to make arrangements if you live in a Gated Community. Ample parking should be available if possible.

You will want to have adequate seating, parking, and a table for the buffet food, drinks, and a sign-in sheet. Hosts typically provide ice, paper plates, plastic utensils, plastic cups, water (and maybe wine, juice, sodas, and/or coffee-up to the host). Guests will bring a passing dish or something to share.

There will be a welcome, short meeting, and open buffet, then our Community Within a Community (see information below).
